A. InstantReach is a fully Managed Professional Online Marketing Service In essence Instantreach is an entire outsourced marketing solution for your business. By signing up to Instantreach, your business can start to realise its potential and deliver tangable and measurable Return on Investment. So how much does it cost and what do you get for your investment?

Q. What do I have to do?

A. That depends on which package you opt for. If you are experienced enough to tackle the creation of your own email templates and copywriting then you can undertake almost all of the campaign yourself. If however you need more help, we can handle almost all of the process including uploading your list, creating your custom template, copywriting, scheduling and strategy consultation.

Q. What are the system requirements to use Instantreach?

A. Instantreach is not software that you download. Instantreach is a web-based solution, fully managed and hosted by us, meaning it is accessible anytime, anywhere. It works in virtually any web browser, with JavaScript and Cookies enabled. It works on Mac, Linux, and Windows, and has been tested in Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Opera. You do not need plug-ins or special software to run Instantreach.

Q. Can I use my own list management or CRM software?

A. Yes, but why would you? InstantReach is flexible enough to enable companies that host their own lists elsewhere (such as in SAP, Oracle, Goldmine, ACT, Access, Lotus, etc.) and export their contacts database for upload to Instantreach for delivery. InstantReach though can be used to manage this data online and a full contact history can be built up over time. Plus, you can merge an unlimited amount of data into Instantreach to personalise it any way you want. In addition, instantreach can be fully integrated* into existing list mangement software such as those mentioned above. It is also possible to download all contact data from InstantReach at the touch of a button.

Q. Can I track clicks and links with Instantreach?

A. Yes of course. Detailed statistics are available in real-time for each email that is sent out through the system. These include read rate, click-through rate for each link in the campaign, send-to-friends, subscriptions and un-subscriptions.

Q. How much does Instantreach cost?

A. We have two packaged from which to chose, Professional and Enterprise.
